OpManager MSP Dashboard

Customer Dashboards

Complete visibility into the current status of your client's network with critical metrics from routers, switches, firewalls, servers, services, application, URLs, printers, UPS and other infrastructure devices.

Network & server monitoring

MSPs can proactively monitor the performance, health, and availability of their clients’ network. Manage large client networks remotely from one central console.

Visualization of network topology and links between network components can help you keep tabs on their availability. OpManager MSP's network performance monitor can help you to represent your customers networks in various formats such as business views, maps, rack views, and floor views. Additionally, using OpManager MSP, you can create separate visualizations for all your customers and swiftly toggle between them with ease. This helps you quickly spot broken links between devices and fix outages before they severely cripple operations.

Centralized monitoring

Monitor device availability, performance, alarms of multiple customer networks. Generate maps and custom reports directly from the central console.

Alerts and notifications

OpManager MSP Alarms

OpManager MSP lets you set multi-level thresholds for performance monitors and generates alerts when these thresholds are violated. This helps you proactively detect faults and fix them before your customer's device or service crashes.

Alerts generated are color coded based on severity levels. OpManager MSP also helps escalate alarms to appropriate emails/IDs when they haven't been addressed. OpManager managed service software can be configured to notify your technicians instantly about faults by setting notification profiles. Alert notifications can be sent via email, SMS, Slack, SNMP traps, and more.

Simple and affordable

With a simple and easy-to-use UI, OpManager MSP can be set up and deployed in minutes and is affordable with transparent pricing options.

Multi-tenant support

Handle network operations of multiple clients simultaneously. Troubleshoot and update configurations across each remote location and elimate the need for a local administrator.

Network Server Monitoring Features

Network management MSP

Businesses operating in the IT landscape rely on their networks. But networks are complex and predisposed to constant evolution, and technological advancements only seem to increase their convolution. Modern-day networks house a deluge of physical and virtual components, employ advanced technologies, and are distributed across geographies, making them incredibly difficult to manage.

However, if not properly addressed, IT infrastructure management can impact a business on multiple fronts. Unfortunately, not all businesses possess enough resources, the necessary technical know-how, or a dedicated IT operations team to manage their networks. The only viable solution in sight for such businesses are managed service providers (MSPs).

Being an MSP offering network management services, you need a network management tool that provides a broad spectrum of functionalities. The right tool can help you manage physical, virtual, and hybrid networks, support devices from multiple vendors, and get complete visibility over distributed networks.

The benefits of deploying network management software

  • Proactively monitor your clients' networks for faults. This helps you defuse issues before they blow out of proportion and lead to network downtime.
  • Meet your SLAs on time to avoid penalties.
  • Ease your technicians’ workload and provide enough scope for automation.
  • Reduce your mean time to repair by quickly narrowing down the root cause of the problem and following with immediate troubleshooting.
